My old love, Peggy Sue. After listening to Lulu and the Lampshades I was reminded of their similarly sounding awesomeness. In First Aid, their percussion of choice is a kids toy, a drum and some drum sticks. Again, I love this for the percussion, but then I love Peggy Sue. First of course to their accompaniment are their voices. They say their inspiration is Lauryn Hill and you can tell. Never have two white girls who play folk sounded so soulful. And their harmonies make the song. I suck at talking about songs, but great at finding them. Therefore I shall stop nattering, and here I present to you, Peggy Sue.
