No. I'm not going superstitious. This is just the name of Jamie Woon's new track which I happened to acquire.
Before you even get a chance to ease yourself in, it hits you. With his smooth vocals, almost impossible falsetto and the production, this song almost belongs in the early noughties garage era. In his ode to the woman who controls his life 'Lady Luck', we see a little glimpse of his lyrical ability. We hope to see more of on his album Mirrorwriting, to be released on the 4th April (Polydor).
