I somehow came across her on Facebook and I haven't seen such effortless talent in a while. With her influences ranging from The Police to 'just random musicians I meet, that remind me what its all about', she writes emotion filled lyrics about...Well love. Typically. Somehow it sounds different to the usual Singer-Songwriter mush though. Perhaps it's because she has grasped the art of basic songwriting, which sadly, most don't.
Annie barely has to open her mouth in her Youtube videos, before her easy-going voice comes out. I loved her after one listen of Fish bowl, Shark Tank. If this isn't the perfect summer afternoon music, I don't know what is.
I have no clue whether she whether she is even bothered about the idea of being a fully fledged artist, or whether she just gigs for the fun of it, but Annie Eve is the kind of girl who seems creative, but doesn't sit in a corner stressing about it. I'm sure she's an industry dream.
Pointless rambling over, I think she's pretty cool, and I think you will too.
